AMAZONICO® VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Voucher validity
- Valid only for redemption for an experience at AMAZONICO® MADRID restaurant.
- Cannot be used at THE JUNGLE JAZZ CLUB or other AMAZONICO® restaurants.
- Valid Monday to Sunday during the restaurant’s regular opening hours.
Value and terms of use
- Minimum value: €150.
- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for another product or service, except in cases provided for under the Right of Withdrawal.
- Cannot be combined with offers, promotions, or discounts.
- Unused balance is non-refundable and non-claimable.
- If the bill amount exceeds the voucher value, the customer will pay the difference.
Voucher purchase
- Available exclusively through the link on the restaurant’s website.
- A valid email address and bank card are required for payment.
- After purchase, a confirmation email will be sent with the digital voucher and a unique single-use code.

Voucher reservation and redemption
- A reservation is required, subject to availability.
- The voucher must be presented in digital or printed format at the time of payment.
Voucher use
- Single use only.
- The prepaid amount cannot be split for future use.
Right of withdrawal
- The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used.
- Withdrawal must be requested at: clientes@grupoparaguas.com with the subject line “DEVOLUCIÓN VOUCHER DIGITAL”.
- The refund will be processed to the same card used for the purchase.
