“The Amazon is more than a river, it connects people, cultures and traditions. This, together with an homage to nature, is at the core of our concept.”
Sandro Silva.
Originally opened in 2016 by husband and wife team and renowned restauranteurs, Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, Amazónico quickly became one of Madrid’s most-popular and well-loved restaurants.
Amazónico Dubai, situated in the heart of DIFC is the couple’s second restaurant to open outside of Spain and will similarly take inspiration from the cultural diversity and gastronomic heritage of the Amazon region. Recently renovated, discover a three-story immersive environment of lush greenery and natural materials designed by internationally renowned artist Lázaro Rosa-Violan.
Combining a blend of tropical and Latin American cuisines our menus are not only inspired by the countries of the Amazon but the unique Asian and Mediterranean communities which inhabit them. From tropical sushi and the freshest raw seafood to carefully sourced grilled meats and fish; our chefs use both traditional and cutting-edge techniques along with seasonal and vibrant ingredients to transport you to Latin America.
Open from lunch until late, Amazónico boasts a range of exciting spaces including the vibrant and energetic Lounge, a statement cocktail bar, a buzzy restaurant and a breath-taking roof terrace. Our resident and guest DJs spin ‘electro-pical’ music live each evening which keeps energy high and our kitchen serves food late into the night.
Experience Amazónico in a more formal setting in our first floor dining room which features an air conditioned terrace and spectacular views of our theatrical open kitchen. Sit back and relax amongst the luscious foliage, velvet banquets and jungle textures in room that boasts of both beautiful outside tables and fully-enclosed seating too. Guests can enjoy our full A La Carte, Sushi or Business Lunch menu from 12 noon.
Located on the ground floor, The Lounge features two distinct areas both with air-conditioned terraces. Choose from the vibrant Dining Lounge which has both table and banquet seating along with views of our chefs at the new statement Nikkei-inspired sushi counter.
For a more relaxed experience, our Bar Lounge has low seating and tables and benefits from being closer to our DJs – creating a high energy vibe late into the night. Enjoy an informal lunch or dinner, cocktails from the bar or cigars any time of day.
From the extended cocktail bar, to an elevated 10 seat DJ table, the signature Copacabana tiled floors and yellow umbrellas, Paraíso Rooftop Club will transport you to the tropical sunsets of Brazil. Unwind after work with some bites and a cocktail or party late into the night with table bottle service. This tropical oasis with stunning views is the ultimate space to soak up Amazónico’s energetic vibe.
Open from 6pm to 3am daily with resident DJs spinning electro-pical beats.
Guests looking to entertain in a more intimate setting are able to hire our private dining space. With current flexibility to seat up to 20 guests and access to our stunning roof terrace, this jungle-inspired dining room provides the perfect setting for business lunches, birthday celebrations and everything in between.
There are also a number of other semi-private spaces which can accommodate larger groups. You can find the full selection of spaces available with capacities as well as set menus in our brochure here.
