OCTO Sounds
Each evening, from 8pm until late our OCTO resident DJ’s, Andy Faisca, Tony Cortez and Trys will transport you to the heart of Latin America whilst keeping energy high and atmosphere flowing.
As always, our signature elec-tropical beats are at the core of our sound – progressing from low-tempo House with touches of vocal Jazz, to an energetic mix of Deep Tech House and Nu-Disco as the night continues.
OCTO Bites
Our Executive Chef, Vitelio Reyes has curated an inventive menu dedicated to OCTO filled with light, fresh and exciting dishes.
Standouts include snack-sized Arepas stuffed with marinated purple prawns, citrus and chilli; and the Chicharron made with tempura Sea bass in a brioche bun, topped with spicy mayo and Chilean pebre. We also serve a selection of our signature exotic nigiri and sashimi alongside our famous Lomi Lomi Maki, Ora King Salmon filled with avocado, coriander, salmon roe and Langoustine Pibil, prawn tempura, teriyaki sauce and achiote miso, to name a few. OCTO food menu will be available until 11pm each evening.
