Be it indoors or on the terrace, the ground floor restaurant invites guests into a tropical setting of lush greenery, volcanic stone and woven textures. The open kitchen offers front-row views of dishes being prepared while live bands set the tone each evening with jazz, bossa nova and Cuban rhythms. Expect the same immersive atmosphere throughout, shaped by moody lighting and an open layout that blurs the line between interior and exterior.

Ascend to the second floor and step into the Bar & Lounge, where mirrored ceilings, rich textures and statement design details nod to Latin American modernism. Watch as chefs prepare signature Crudos, Nigiris and Makis behind the Sushi Counter, or sip on tropical cocktails crafted by our skilled bar team. With sets from resident DJs and live percussionists, this space pulses with energy.

At its heart, a signature peacock bar and LED-panelled DJ booth set the tone for evenings of rhythm, energy and refined mixology. Lush yet architectural, the space blends vegetation with bold design to create a vibrant, open-air escape above the city skyline. Selva

An intimate hideaway shrouded in mystery and allure. Selva has quickly become a signature concept within the brand. Tucked discreetly to one side of the rooftop, it channels the untamed spirit of the jungle into a sleek, immersive setting. A starlit ceiling, dramatic lighting and rich textures set the mood for those who prefer their nights with a touch more intrigue, whilst resident and guest DJs set the tone to party late into the night.
