Originally opened in 2016 by husband-and-wife team and renowned restauranteurs, Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, Amazónico quickly became one of Madrid’s most-popular and well-loved restaurants. After successful launches in London and Dubai, we’re excited to bring the Amazónico experience to the heart of Monaco. This April, Amazónico Monte-Carlo takes centre stage on the iconic Place du Casino.
Similarly taking inspiration from the cultural diversity and gastronomic heritage of the Amazon region. Combining a blend of tropical and Latin American cuisines, our menus are not only inspired by the countries of the Amazon, but the unique Asian and Mediterranean communities which inhabit them. From Peruvian sushi and fresh raw seafood, to carefully sourced grilled meats and fish; our chefs use both traditional and cutting-edge techniques along with seasonal and vibrant ingredients to transport you to Latin America.
Our live band performances entertain diners on the Restaurant Terrace, whilst our resident DJs play ‘elec-tropical’ sounds in our Bar & Lounge late into the night.
Restaurant
As guests enter Amazónico Monte-Carlo, they are greeted by a breath-taking roof terrace; Amazónico’s outdoor dining oasis where luscious foliage, opulent seating and exotic jungle textures set the stage. From this vantage point, diners can enjoy watching the Grand Prix or toast champagne with friends as the sun sets, with unrivalled views of Monte Carlo’s Golden Square.
Additionally, this majestic roof terrace features a Private Dining Terrace for up to 30 guests, as well as a Cigar Terrace on the opposite side. As the evening unfolds, guests will be entertained with our live Latin bands serenading the restaurant with Jazz, Bossa Nova & Cuban rhythms.
Bar & Lounge
Immerse yourself in the high-energy ambiance of our Bar & Lounge, where a vibrant atmosphere meets electrifying sounds from our resident DJs. Guests can enjoy the full A La Carte menu while sipping on specialist cocktails shaken by our expert bar team. Every evening, our resident and guest DJs spin Amazónico’s signature ‘elec-tropical’ music, seamlessly blending electro beats with Latin American-inspired sounds. Prepare to be entertained with special performances from renowned drummers, trumpeters and more, flown in from across the globe, adding an extra layer of excitement to your night at Amazónico.

Dress Code & Children:
Smart-elegant attire is required.
Sportswear, beachwear, baseball hats, shorts and open shoes (for gentleman) are not permitted.
Restaurant & Terrace:
Children aged 10 and under are welcome in the restaurant until the latest reservation time of 7pm.
Bar, Lounge & Club:
Entry to the Bar, Lounge & Club area is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.
